Insurance and Payment Information
At Precision Spine & Sport, we offer our patients the best care at an affordable price. We do not accept health insurance. This allows us to keep our prices fair and affordable to be able to spend the right amount of time with each individual patient.
You can use FSA or HSA for your visits with us. Our care may be covered by your insurance provider as out-of-network medical care. We can provide you with a super-bill in which you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.

He was born and raised in Boca Raton, FL and obtained his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Keiser University in West Palm Beach. Dr. Martello is committed to staying current with the latest research and techniques in the field of chiropractic care to ensure his patients receive the best possible treatment. He takes a comprehensive approach to patient care, focusing on addressing the root causes of pain and discomfort to promote long-term healing and wellness.
Dr. Martello specializes in chiropractic care and rehabilitation, helping patients recover from injuries, manage pain, and improve movement. Combining hands-on treatment with corrective exercises, Dr. Martello creates personalized care plans to restore function and prevent further issues.
